• Associate's Degree or higher, required. · A minimum of two years of HR experience and working with applicant tracking system.
• A minimum of one year of experience in K-12 education, preferred. · Experience in high volume hiring and onboarding. · Experience with scheduling interviews.
• Experience with creating and posting requisitions. · Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills.
• Possess the capability to work during West Coast hours. · Must have proven ability to work well under pressure, take initiative, and work independently.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (. MS Word, Excel, and Outlook). · Must have strong attention to detail and desire to work in fast-paced environment.

• Starting salary : $50,000

Essential Responsibilities & Duties :

• Must have strong attention to detail and desire to work in fast-paced environment.
• Assists with recruiting, onboarding, and hiring duties, including I-9 and E-Verify processes
• Utilizes JobVite, UltiPro, and other systems
• Utilizes Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
• Creates and processes correspondences
• Route offers and revises offers
• Data entry
• Monitor and update recruiting and hiring trackers
• Monitors and attest background checks
• Verifies credentials of potential candidates
• Performs reference and background checks
• Communicates with hiring team and new hires
• Completes other duties as assigned
