The ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously managing a complex set of internal stakeholders is essential. The successful candidate is an experienced, savvy content developer with strong interpersonal, communication, and outstanding time and project-management skills.

Responsibilities
Competitive candidates will have previous internal / external communications experience. Responsibilities and expectations include but not limited to:
- Understand internal employee communications goals across various functional organizations such as HR, IT, Legal, Marketing, Operations. Make yearlong communications plans, calendar aligned to these objectives.
- Collaborate across teams to develop content (photo, video, and written format) to optimally share messages across all internal communications modes – email, video, intranet, internal townhalls/conferences.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 5 years’ experience developing internal communications strategies and executing against them.
- Exceptional writing and communications skills for varied channels of employee engagement.
- Effectively collaborate and communicate with various leadership and roles across divisions and business lines.
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced.
- Work samples or portfolio required for consideration.
