Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal care and mobility assistance.
• Create a warm and inviting atmosphere where clients feel valued, respected, and empowered.
• Foster meaningful connections through engaging conversations, companionship, and emotional support.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times, while promoting independence and autonomy.

Qualifications

·        Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

·        Previous experience of at least in 6 months in caregiving.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and their families.

·        Reliable and dependable, with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.

·        Willingness to learn and adapt to the evolving needs of our clients and the healthcare industry.

• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
