SERVICE AREA: CENTRAL PA

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for working alongside the Crew Lead on various interior and exterior painting projects. This is a hands-on role that requires punctuality, hardworking individual and experience in interior and exterior painting. If you have a passion for painting and enjoy working in a TEAM setting, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and organize work schedules
- Read and interpret work orders and other technical documents.
- Perform various painting tasks such as brushing, rolling, taping, repairing drywall, etc.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and protocols
- Monitor the quality of work performed by the crew to ensure it meets industry standards
- Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients

Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in interior and exterior painting
- Excellent understanding of color theory for painting and finishing projects
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
