We are seeking an experienced, full-time School Social Worker to support a campus for the 2023-2024 school year. This individual must have a proven track record of working with families and community agencies in alleviating adverse conditions in order to promote academic success for all students. This individual will conduct screenings and assessments and provide individual and group counseling. This individual will also help develop positive relationships with school staff, students and their families and contribute significantly in building a learning team. They will also function as a member of the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) team to determine student’s eligibility for special services, appropriate programming, and on-going progress.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Intervention Team to assist in meeting the student's individual needs.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Any combination equivalent to: graduation from an accredited college with a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field. Case management experience preferred.
