We're looking to hire 2 Technical Recruiters to join our team. As a Technical Recruiter at FullStack you will:
• Source software engineers experienced in a variety of open-source technologies.
• Perform phone screens to ensure candidates possess the proper qualifications prior to interviews.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to qualify/disqualify candidates.
• Administer and manage technical tests.
• Create and send job offers.
• Participate in daily standups with the hiring team, sales team, and management team.
• Source and hire software engineers.

• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience sourcing and hiring mid-level and senior software engineers in Latin America experienced in modern open-source technologies including Ruby on Rails, React, Node, React Native, Java, etc.
• You are experienced in sourcing talented software engineers for hard-to-fill positions.
• You have advanced English skills.
• You have a positive attitude and a tireless work ethic.
• You're upbeat and energetic and excited to come to work each day.
