Job Description:
We are seeking skilled Machine Operators to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to operate and maintain machinery to ensure efficient production. You will be responsible for setting up machines, monitoring their operation, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring that products meet quality standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role
- Knowledge of production procedures and machine operation
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work in shifts and adhere to safety protocols
