Full Steam Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Staffing Sales Representative to join our team in the Modesto/Stockton area. As a leader in the light industrial staffing industry, we take pride in upholding a standard of excellence and providing top-notch services to our clients.

As a Staffing Sales Representative for Full Steam Staffing, you will:

·         Gather leads and identify new sales opportunities

·         Schedule meetings for introductions and walkthroughs with potential clients

·         Propose agreements and maintain ongoing communication with prospects until a contract is signed

·         Maintain positive relationships with all potential clients

·         Identify client needs and offer solutions to enhance their operations, positioning Full Steam as a valuable partner
