Job Description:
This position supports the ongoing development of Fully’s Workplace channel through the development and management of existing accounts through an inside sales model and manages all aspects of new commercial projects, including sales consultation, product selection, space design, logistics, and follow-up.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Main point of contact for commercial customer inquiries.
Develop a clear understanding of client’s opportunity scope (budget, timeline, and product) through a consultative approach.
Provide pricing and product information via quotes and email.
Assist clients with solicitation of quotes for additional services (installation, inside delivery, etc.).
Support clients in the design and layout of their space in collaboration with the Workplace Interior Designer.
Maintain and strengthen client relationships.
2. Manage the sales process through the generation and close of opportunities.
Generate opportunities from sales inquiries and manage the sales process utilizing CRM practices.
Negotiate pricing and terms of the sale in collaboration with the Pricing Manager and the Accounting Department.
Coordinate stock availability with Supply Chain and manage communication with the customer.
Convert opportunities into sales orders, support timely fulfillment, and drive net shipped sales.
3. Project Management
Coordinate delivery and installation timelines on a project basis with Project Management and ensure a smooth introduction.
Provide regular status updates to clients, sales support, and internal stakeholders.
4. Product Knowledge
Develop and maintain knowledge of the Fully product line.
Maintain awareness of products marketed by adjacent brands and vendor partners along with the sourcing process for each.
Share customer experiences and identify opportunities for new products and services.
5. Pipeline Development and Management
Identify sales opportunities at the project and client level.
Employ sales pipeline management practices including the maintenance of expected close dates to support forecasting activity.
Focus on the organic growth of existing accounts through the identification of new opportunities and the expansion of Fully’s service.

Leadership - assist Workplace leadership on formal and informal communication efforts around process and areas of focus.
Contract Furniture Exposure- experience working with the contract furniture market and assisting commercial clients with the design and specification of floor plans.

Compensation:
Salaried full time. We evaluate our compensation offerings according to market medians and internal pay equity.
