Description
Fun.com is looking for a detailed oriented person who can help us process our Damaged and defective returns. This role is responsible for looking through returns deemed damaged by our folders and processing them accordingly in our admin system. This position plays an important role in not only refunding people but filing claims in marketplaces for damaged items.

Duties
Order Processing
- Basic computer knowledge
- Pull up orders in our admin system and process them accurately and timely
- Sort through orders costumes and items and decide if damage is caused by customer, manufacturer, or other sources
- Use admins order pages to help decipher orders that may need further looking into
- Use seller marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart and Target for order info and claim filing
- Work off/add to basic excel sheets for data
- Work with teammates
