Job Posting for Medical Receptionist at Function First Physical Therapy

Medical receptionist required for a small yet busy Physical Therapy outpatient private practice. Job tasks include greeting and checking in patients, collecting copays, scheduling patients. Triage phone calls. Authorize insurance for treatments, follow-up with physicians regarding insurance referrals. Team player oriented required. We are a small clinic and we all help each other for maximum efficiency. Medical office experience preferred but we will train for the right candidate.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • Morning shift

COVID-19 considerations:

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
