About this position

We’re seeking an administrator who work under the supervision of our physician. She/He consults with our patients in-person and virtually, mentors and supports their progress, and answers patient Q&A. She/He also assists in development of educational materials and community outreach.

We work to educate and empower our patients to reach their maximum potential utilizing Integrative & Functional Medicine approaches, including advanced diagnostics, immunology, nutrition, exercise, and nutraceuticals. As such our administrator is a key player on our team.

Responsibilities include assisting physicians in coordinating any aspect of clinical operations to improve patient care including

  • Proficiency in IM injections and Phlebotomy is required. Willingness to learn IV Catheter insertion.
  • Good to have proficiency in inserting IV catheters
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Provide Neurofeedback therapy to our patients (Training will be provided).
  • Take patient calls, schedule appointments and email appointment reminders.
  • Check out patients; create encounters and superbills
  • Scan and enter patient information into EMR; fax orders, prescriptions & referrals
  • Provide Neurofeedback therapy
  • Write letters; Medical transcription; Reception; Scheduling; Triage; Communicate with office personnel
  • Medical writing; Developing educational material; Literature searches
  • Ability to: multi-task in a busy environment; handle a vast variety of responsibilities; improvise and adapt; team player; follow directions and implement feedback to improve job performance
  • Inventory management
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Experience with EMR
  • Leadership skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Base Salary:

$60,000 a year
