RN – Regional Behavioral Health Specialist
Fundamental Clinical Operational Services, LLC is seeking a talented and experienced RN - Regional Behavioral Health Specialist to provide consultation and support to client Acute Behavioral Health Hospitals. Inpatient hospitals are located in South Carolina and New Mexico
Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting assigned hospitals to comply with appropriate state, federal, and The Joint Commission guidelines/regulations, in accordance with established company policies and procedures. Works with all facility departments to assist in planning, implementing and evaluating patient centered programming. Assists facilities with the interpretation and implementation of company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, director and motivator. Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively.
- Three to Five years of experience with primary focus in Acute Psychiatric (behavioral health) – required.
Thorough understanding of The Joint Commission Rules and Regulations
Multiple site management experience a plus.
- Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN) , BSN, Masters Degree in Nursing or Business preferred with a valid state RN license.
Must be able to travel by air as needed. New hospital to open in South Carolina late 2022 and other located in New Mexico.
Must live close to major airport.
