Funko is searching for an Assistant Manager, Softlines Licensing to join the team! In this role, you will support the Global Softlines business across the Loungefly and Funko brands!
Your Superpowers in Action
· Manage a portfolio of licensors across the Softlines categories, as assigned
· Work cross functionally with Creative, Merchandising, Sales, Finance, Product Development, and Marketing to pursue and execute licensing programs from start to finish
· Ensure licensee requests are researched and responded to in a timely fashion
· Manage line plans in conjunction with the cross-functional teams to ensure Licensors are up to date on all new development
· Help facilitate Loungefly internal teams (Marketing, Sales) joint collaboration with licensor counterparts to deliver incremental growth
· Support quarterly licensor forecasting process and requests
· Support the team in everyday responsibilities such as preparing presentations and other projects as necessary
· Lead maintenance of internal tools, trackers and documentation for the Softlines business
· Perform contract duties from contract negotiations, contract review and final execution
· Ensure licensor materials and relevant updates are regularly shared across departments
· Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and retailer landscapes
Must-Have Superhero Gadgetry
· 2-4 years minimum related experience, with previous experience in Softlines licensing preferred, but not required
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or related field
· Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
· Analytical skills with a good understanding of numbers
· Must be organized, detail-oriented and a self-starter!
· Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to interact well with internal and external teams; possess an entrepreneurial spirit; ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with little supervision
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $65,000 - 82,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location
