The Product Integrity Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, organizing, and updating data pertaining to product testing. Works with the Product Safety team to research and analyze data and prepare reports. This role is key to managing product testing reports to facilitate our Direct Ship process from factory to retail customer.

- Work in various online systems for maintaining and managing records
- Respond to requests from US-based product development, creative, packaging, and procurement teams
- Document and maintain processes and procedures when modified.
- Assist in CAP resolution of failed test reports with factories
- Assist Product Safety Analyst in updating, uploading records as needed
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of factory scorecards
- Prepares and shares department newsletter with factories
Must-Have Superhero Gadgetry
- Dedicated commitment to creating and updating processes
- Familiarity with product testing. Preferably apparel and/or hardlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be effective in managing internal and external relationships.
- Proactive and highly organized with the ability to multi-task across many ongoing projects and meet given deadlines. Efficient time management skills and adaptability with an ever-changing business.
- Two or more years’ experience in product safety/compliance within consumer products with global-based factories
- Experience working with retail companies in North America is highly preferred
- Familiar with the factory/manufacturing environment, the toys industry is an advantage
