House Manager

Role:

We are seeking a Part-Time House Manager to manage the daily operations of a household in Scottsdale, AZ. This position involves housekeeping, cooking, laundry, errand-running, travel arrangement, and occasional babysitting duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the household and maintaining a clean, comfortable, and organized living environment. The position guarantees 10 hours per week, with potential for up to 20 hours. The schedule will be three days per week, four hours per day.

Responsibilities:

• Housekeeping and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the house. Perform regular deep cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing. Conduct minor house repairs and maintenance as needed.
   
• Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare daily meals for the family. Ensure dietary requirements are met and meals are nutritious and well-balanced. Clean up after meals.
   
• Laundry and Clothing Care: Wash, fold, and store laundry. Iron clothes as needed. Manage the upkeep of clothing, including seasonal storage and minor repairs.
   
• Errand-Running: Manage household supplies by monitoring levels and making purchases as needed. Run errands such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, and other tasks as assigned.
   
• Travel Arrangement: Coordinate family travel plans, including arranging flights, accommodation, and transportation. Prepare necessary travel documents and itineraries.
   
• Babysitting: Provide occasional care for children, including overseeing their activities, preparing their meals, and assisting with bedtime routines.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable living environment.
• Ensure smooth running of the household and efficient completion of all tasks.
• Ensure the family's meals are nutritious, tasty, and served on time.
• Guarantee timely execution of errands and maintenance of household supplies.
• Ensure successful planning and execution of family travel arrangements.
• Provide safe, responsible, and engaging care for children when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a House Manager or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of housekeeping and cooking.
• Proficient in running errands and scheduling.
• Familiarity with basic home maintenance.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties.
• Good physical health and stamina.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with child care and safety regulations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
   

Note: This position requires a background check and may require occasional flexibility in hours. The schedule will be three days per week, four hours per day. Guaranteed 10 hours per week with the potential for up to 20 hours.

Salary : $18 - $25
