We are looking for an Associate Online Merchandising Manager to help develop and implement digital merchandising strategies to drive the online consumer journey and grow traffic. You are a dynamic team player, self-starter and analytical thinker who has fun tackling complex projects, and a strong relationship builder who thrives collaborating in a fast-paced environment.

 

RESPONSIBILITLES 

  • Manage and optimize the online experience including intuitive navigation, inspirational merchandise presentations, and clear and accurate product details.
  • Implement and maintain website taxonomy to enhance user navigation and search capabilities. 
  • Analyze web analytics data to identify trends, assess performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, analytics and SEO to ensure seamless integration of partner data, optimize content, scale merchandising efforts and improve processes.
  • Train and mentor junior merchandising team members.
  • Utilize product information management (PIM) system to enhance the overall online merchandising strategy.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to align merchandising strategies with promotional activities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to make proactive adjustments to the online merchandising strategy.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 years of experience in online merchandising.
  • Experience with product information management (PIM) systems.
  • Self-starter with ability to spearhead initiatives and lead projects.
  • Strong understanding of website taxonomy and its impact on user experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and web analytics tools and ability to derive insights and recommendations from data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1 years of furniture industry experience preferred.
