JOB SUMMARY:
Join Furniture Mart USA’s marketing team as our Email Marketing Specialist and find yourself in the middle of the ever-evolving, fast-paced advertising industry. The Email Marketing Specialist supports the marketing team by leading the execution of Furniture Mart USA’s email campaigns. This role will oversee development of the campaigns and monitor the analytics.
- Manage and build overall email marketing strategy
- Provide creative and content direction for building email sends
- Determine email marketing KPIs
- Manage and optimize campaigns and other customer lists/segments
- Develop and present reports on a regular basis
- Develop email lead generation strategy
- Increase and retain email subscriptions
- Analyze data to get smart insights
- Suggest methods for improvements
- Segment lists based on consumer behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions
- Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Upon job offer, must be able to pass a background check prior to starting employment
- Bachelor's degree or two years related experience
- Strong project management capabilities
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task
- Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills, confidently communicating throughout all levels of the organization
- Familiar with fundamental elements of marketing (i.e. social media, campaign management, analytics, promotions)
- Experience with tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work both independently as well as a member of a team
- Strong grammatical, writing, and proofreading capabilities
- Familiarity with creative/artistic design process is preferred
