Furniture Medic is looking for a self-motivated individual to join their team. This position requires excellent customer service skills. Job Responsibilities:
- Represent the Furniture Medic image with professionalism
- Develop an understanding of business functions to best communicate with the shop and customers
- To contribute to the improvement of Furniture Medic by bringing your strengths to the company
- Completing clerical duties. scheduling, maintaining the office area, handling phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Maintain positive attitude while resolving customer complaints i.e. scheduling delays.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in using a variety of software programs
- Desire to learn and help a small business grow
- Personable and able to interact with customers across multiple platforms
- Strong organization skills
- Detail oriented
