General Laborer – PM Shift

Immediate need for a General Laborer at a major cheese manufacturer located in Monroe, WI. Furst-to-Hire opportunity!

Hours: 6pm – 6am

Week one – 3 shifts

Week two – 4 shifts

Pay: $16.90/hour generous shift differential for overnight hours!

General Laborer Responsibilities:
  • Stage and fill forms in fill area
  • Sanitize equipment, tools, presses and forms
  • Document vats to forms
  • Review and document master sanitation schedules
General laborer Requirements:
  • Food manufacturing experience required
  • Understanding of PLC and equipment handling
  • Demonstrate accurate recordkeeping and understanding of paperwork
  • Abide by safety/PPE protocols and procedures
  • Strong listening skills
  • Demonstrate initiative to complete tasks
  • Team player
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player, willing to assist team mates to meet business needs
  • Demonstrate high degree of personal hygiene per GMPs
  • Able to lift 50 lbs on repetitive basis
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Bi-Lingual preferred.
