Analytics Manager Job Description
Fuse Fundraising is a consulting agency that supports nonprofits through direct response fundraising strategy. As the , you will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, empowering our client teams to make informed decisions. Working in a collaborative, team-based environment, the Analytics Manager reports to the Executive Vice President.
Experience and Capabilities

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work.
● Expertise translating business requests into meaningful deliverables, including visualizations that are both impactful and visually appealing.
● Experience building and maintaining Python ETL processes, including investigating and resolving data anomalies, discrepancies, and errors in the ETL pipeline.
● Ability to conduct ad hoc data analysis to answer business questions and investigate data issues.
● Demonstrated capacity to lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback.
● Curiosity, self-motivation, and a desire to continuously learn and improve
Required Skills
● Proficiency in Python, including data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
● Experience with ETL management, including design, debugging, and optimization.
● Demonstrated understanding of data visualization principles and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
● Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
● Proven track record of organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
● Experience creating scalable and dynamic visualizations in Power BI
● Familiarity with Azure technologies (e.g., Databricks, Azure Data Lake)
● Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics techniques
● Previous experience in a marketing or non-profit environment
