About the Position:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Demand Generation Specialist to join the Fuse team.
Coming fresh off a $3M Seed fundraise in July 2021, Fuse’s mission is to connect people and data, starting with the supply chain. Our product is built on the belief that the modern supply chain is data-driven, resilient, and optimizes real-time. Our Go-To-Market approach always begins with the end-user and we view revenue as a byproduct of happy customers.
As a Demand Generation Specialist at Fuse, you will get to do more than developing demand generation campaigns. You will be part of a collaborative marketing team focused on scaling and growing the business. The ideal candidate will have proven success in several areas, including email marketing, content marketing, paid media, retargeting, social media, online and live events, and marketing automation.

Responsibilities include:
- Understand and document our buyer’s journey, including: where they get information, and the who, what, when, and why behind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn.
- Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned. Develop comparison content for sales
- Develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas
- Own the lead generation and nurturing strategy and execution, using HubSpot.
- Manage all omni-channel campaigns from planning to execution.
- Manage our paid search and retargeting programs, and any external agencies associated with the programs.
- Develop and refine internal and external facing content such as: sales tools, blogs, case studies, web pages, and collateral
- Lead our marketing automation strategy and roadmap as we grow.
- Manage all digital events including hosted and joint webinars.
- Lead in-person event strategy, when we get back to live events!
- Research and test new lead generation tactics.
About you:
- Strong communicator with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- 3-5 years experience working in Marketing, preferably with technology or SaaS companies
- Two years with lead generation and nurturing programs
- Experience with HubSpot, or a similar marketing automation tool
- Experience with managing webinars and live event logistics
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in fast-growth SaaS business
- Experience working directly with sales teams to drive revenue
About the location
Our team is co-headquartered in Palo Alto and New York. We don’t care where you are located, but you must be able to collaborate with those time zones. Our team has always been remote distributed, but before the pandemic we would travel and meet with each other regularly. We believe that collaboration and teamwork should be able to happen regardless of physical location.
