Chief Technology Officer

Responsibilities of Chief Technology Officer:
- Create metrics and monitor the progress of various goals
- Manage software and work with vendors regarding upgrades and improvements
- Serve as backup for IT positions when necessary
- Develop and suggest amendments to policies, procedures and budgets in the technology division
- Select and implement hardware and software as needed
- Lead the technology division in plans and operations to include schedules, staff meetings, and delegates tasks as needed/appropriate
Requirements of Chief Technology Officer:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree in related field preferred
- 10 years of IT experience
- 7 years in an IT strategic-leadership role
Skills of Chief Technology Officer:
- Experience with RFID, APIs and DLLs
- Windows Platform, including HTML, XML, DNS, and others
- Oracle SQL or Microsoft Query
- Experience with finance and budgeting practices preferred
Salary of Chief Technology Officer: $125,000 - 160,000 depending on experience.
