The Position:
fuseproject is looking for to add a Senior Digital Producer to our team. In this role, you will partner with our creative teams and our clients to produce digital experiences for web, mobile, e-commerce and physical devices. This is a massive growth opportunity at fuse as we are expanding this team and our capabilities.
Candidates for this position must have a strong track record of managing the production of digital products and services from within a design studio, digital advertising agency/consultancy, or an internal design team. This is a client-facing role, and you will engage directly with the client and client teams to listen and help ideate on solutions together with the fuseproject creative leads.
This requires polish, poise and often creative or strategic thinking.
As a Senior Digital Producer you will...
- Ensure all deliverables are clearly specified, scoped and agreed between client and team
- Keep the team current with critical information, and filter information effectively
- Accurately forecast the resources needed to execute client work
- Keep studio resourcing and time-tracking systems up-to-date
- Schedule and coordinate across time zones and interlocking puzzle pieces
- Work on multiple projects at once, thriving in a fast-paced environment while exhibiting grace under pressure
- Optimize existing workflows and/or introduce new processes
- Apply your knowledge of best practices in account and project management principles, tools and techniques
- Think strategically with an entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset
You will thrive in this role if you have...
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in User Experience, Interaction, Human Centered Design, or Graphic Design
- 3 years of experience in a related or relevant design role
- Expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc.)
- Expertise in prototyping tools (Principle, Protopie, Invision, Origami etc.)
- A passionate, uncompromising, hands-on, designer mindset
- Self-motivation, excellent communication, an open mind, the ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams, and the skills to balance great design with short deadlines
- Great examples of UX deliverables: flows, journeys, maps, strategic narratives, wireframes, prototypes, etc.
- Exceptional examples of UI design, graphic design, typography, layout skills
