Manager/Director of Operations

Fusion Cleaning is seeking a Director of Operations for our cleaning team. We are growing rapidly, and a strong leader in this position is crucial to our success. We are located in the North Denver Metro area.

To help with this crazy growth, we are looking for a rock star to lead our operations team. It would involve cleaning, customer service and management of our small but growing team. Our customers need memorable, over the top 5 star service. That’s where you come in. Read on to learn more.

Duties include:
- Learning the cleaning process for our 5 areas of service
- Consistently using our unique process to create very happy customers
- Oversee scheduled work and customer support for jobs
- Oversee equipment and maintenance of the fleet
- Manage materials and consumables inventory
- Help with the recruitment and hiring of new team members
- Oversee ongoing training for team members
- Lead customer service efforts, ensuring all customers enjoy a 5-star experience

Starting pay is $21/hr plus tips, bonuses and potential profit sharing.
