Fusion HCR is hiring! This is a 6-month contract Solutions Analyst 1 (gaming a must and LMS a plus) opportunity with an excellent client in the gaming and hospitality space. The Solutions Analyst – Level I provides system support for applications within their responsibility area. The ideal candidate is able to work collaboratively to develop and implement business value projects and application integration. Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Front of House gaming solutions.
- 3 years of experience in information technology or working with information technology professionals
- Demonstrated experience in Casino and hospitality application preferred.
- Working knowledge of a specific application (e.g., LMS, ADP payroll / Infinium or any ACSC is a huge plus) or functional discipline (e.g., treasury).
- 21 years of age and proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Control Board registration and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy.
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis, with the ability to forecast implications and provide consultative recommendations and solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in analytical and product management, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into business and systems requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other team members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
- Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
