Fusion Power is looking for an Executive Assistant to 3 of our leaders along with someone who has passion and experience in social media.
Job Description and Expectations:
In this position you will receive direction, instruction and training from various sources including direction from members of the executive team. Our goal is to assist you and provide resources related to your work. We welcome your feedback, ideas and insight into the daily management of all aspects of the organization. As the Executive Assistant you are responsible for the following and any other things pertaining to the position.
· Maintain social media accounts by posting content and forwarding messages to appropriate Senior Leadership
· Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
· Schedules meetings and supports leadership as needed.
· Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, printing etc.
· Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
· Assisting CPO on travel arrangements for Senior Staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
· Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
· Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
· Provides information by answering questions and requests.
· Manage Merchandise/swag for sales team
· Orders necessary equipment, clothing, items as assigned by senior leadership.
· Manages and develops sales home show kits as assigned by senior leadership.
· This role requires a minimum of 3 days in the office.
· Contributes to team effort and results by accomplishing any additional tasks or duties.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
