Inbound Business Development Representative

Position Summary: Fusion Worldwide is hiring an inbound business development representative to qualify leads that are identified through Fusion Worldwide’s marketing efforts. The candidate will need to be proficient in HubSpot tools.

What you can do for us

• Qualify leads who interact with Fusion Worldwide via its online tools or ads
• Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects
• Identify the needs and challenges of prospective customers
• Determine prospect’s interest in sourcing electronic components and finished products
• Schedule discovery meetings with sales representatives and prospects
• Create reports and analyses on conversion data based on prospect to customer metrics
• Ensure the Fusion Worldwide contacts database has up-to-date customer information

Who we’re looking for          

• Undergraduate degree in marketing, social sciences, or business
• At least one year of professional experience, ideally in a business development role
• Excellent phone, writing and listening skills
• Self-starter who has a desire to learn
• HubSpot experience preferred
