The Business Office Manager is responsible for the accurate and efficient management of all business office functions in accordance with JRNC policies and procedures, generally accepted principles of accounting, and long term care reimbursement regulations.

Requirements:

• In depth knowledge of accounting principles
• Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care reimbursement and cost reporting
• General knowledge of bank reconciliation
• Experience with payer source verification, admission and discharge process, Medicaid application coordination
• Experience with accounts receivable, resident trust funds, cash management, accounts payable
• Personal integrity, commitment to excellence
• Other duties as assigned
