What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Liaison position at Fusion?
Clinical Liaison will be responsible for coordinating referrals and admissions to our centers by acting as a resource and supporting our hospital and community partners as well as other healthcare providers.
This role will work closely with the center team, case management, social work and physicians to coordinate placement and determine financial and clinical appropriateness for placement to our centers.
The candidate should have:
· Strong clinical background and Assessment skills
· Ability to manage all aspects of the referral and Admission Process
· High level of detail with ability to work in multiple systems.
· Ensure timely responses and communication with all referral sources.
· Working knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid and Managed Care Authorization process
· Medication Review experience
· Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
· Effective Communication and presentation skills
· Demonstrate a high level of Professionalism.
· Detail Oriented, self-starter with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Demonstrate strong Customer Service skills.
· Computer skills and knowledge of PCC and the Hospital E referral platforms
· Sales & Marketing experience preferred.
· Must have a driver’s license and reliable automobile.
Salary : $42,800 - $54,100
