About the Job: HVAC Technician - to do Maintenance/Service/Installation/Ductwork in North Port, FL . The job is in North Port and in the surrounding areas.
Must have 3 to 10 years of Residential HVAC experience.
We Offer: Great pay based on experience, our top guys earn $22, $28, and $30 an hour.

Qualifications: Must read, write, and speak fluent English. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Valid social security number. Must pass a background check. EPA Certification is required. OSHA 10 certification, is preferred but not required.
Key Duties: Install, service, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential customers. Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of the AC systems. Conduct all HVACR jobs in a prompt and professional manner. Perform routine HVACR service activities without direct oversight or on-site assistance. Travel to job sites in a service area and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customers.
Physical/Work Environment Requirements
Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs. Be able to bend/stoop, squat/crouch, climb, kneel, and twist. Must be able to climb ladders, work both inside and outside, and around moving equipment safely.
