The IT Systems Analyst is primarily responsible for delivering, installing, connecting and training clients on network copiers, printers and scanners. This IT Analyst is also responsible for providing quality services and software solutions to our clients while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Essential Functions:
1. Schedule and deliver equipment to clients.
2. Perform network installation at client sites including print drivers and print management software.
3. Complete the connectivity of equipment by installing printer software onto workstations/servers and install/configure scanning software.
4. Provide customized training to end users.
5. Test all functions and applications prior to leaving client to ensure newly installed equipment operates to client’s expectations.
6. Complete proper paperwork with clients including leases and contracts.
7. Communicate post-installation information and status to Sales Manager.
8. Create and maintain effective training and installation tools.
9. Research and keep up to date with new and existing products supported by the Company.
10. Assist Sales Representatives with pre-sales questions and assist on demonstrations for potential clients as requested.
11. Rebuild, reinstall OS, update firmware and update various print controllers.
12. Perform back-up technician and helpdesk duties when requested.
