Supervises clinical aspects of nursing. Manages day to day operations of Nursing Department Interfaces with others to insure efficient unit operations. Seeks opportunities for own growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain clinical competency Qualifications: Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland Bachelors degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university strongly preferred 1- 3 years of managerial experience and proven leadership skills a plus Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or skilled nursing facility Must possess a current CPR license
