STATISTICIAN
Summary/Objective
The production statistician is responsible for performing production management related duties on a professional level and works closely with cost accounting management in supporting designated geographic regions. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: production statistics, production daily report, and training, performance management, floating reward calculation.
Essential Functions
- Train and guide Line Lead how to fill out the production daily reports and record into ERP.
- Review production daily reports and supervise the result of recording (accuracy and instantaneity).
- Count the material under inventory organization and report consequences.
- Summarize attendance with a setting parameter.
- Record good counts of machinery with a setting parameter.
- Record and report KPI indexes in accord with management requirement.
- Make production daily report, monthly report and other related reports.
- Participate, execute production results.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment, floor and warehouse. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
Must be 18 years or older.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to look, talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Little to no travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
Preferred Education and Experience
- Masters preferred
