Position Purpose:

  • Strategy and Vision, Partner with the CEO, Senior Leadership Team, and others to develop and communicate corporate Mission, Vision, Objectives, Initiatives, and Strategies. Responsible to determine the Objectives, Initiatives, Goals, Strategies, Plans, and KPI’s to achieve new business growth targets, including the markets we enter and compete in, the customers we focus on, the new products we launch and the services we provide.
  • New Market Entry, evaluate potential new markets and segments for expansion, considering factors such as market size, competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and customer demographics. Lead the development of a business plan and go-to-market strategy to enter new markets and gain board approval to execute. Partner with trade marketing & sales to execute a go-to market plan. Establish partnerships and alliances as necessary to support market entry and accelerate growth.
  • Existing Market Development, identify, and evaluate strategic initiatives to drive growth and market expansion. Research market trends, assessing competitive landscapes and developing and implementing actionable strategies utilizing sales and product innovation cross functional teams to penetrate new markets, enhance market presence, and maximize profitable revenue opportunities. Collaborate with sales and technology innovation teams to identify market needs and develop innovative solutions and services.
  • New Product Development, drive new product positioning, pricing strategies, and value propositions based on market insights and competitive analysis. Partner with Innovation Department to ensure alignment between product development efforts and market requirements to drive customer satisfaction and competitive advantage.
  • Build the brand, define our Brand Value Proposition, and brand marketing strategies and tactics to rationalize brands and sub-brands, to differentiate ourselves against competitors, ensure customer delight, and create pull from our end users to grow share. Determine the communication channels, technologies, products, solutions, and services that we will provide to effectively reach and delight our customers and end users. Partner with our trade marketing and sales teams to execute the brand strategy.
  • Relationship Management, as a member of the leadership team, work collaboratively to meet growth expectations and grow shareholder value. Cultivate and maintain relationships with external key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and build strategic partnerships. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to leverage resources and expertise to achieve growth targets and brand marketing initiatives.
  • Sales Enablement and Support, partner with sales and customer service teams to develop compelling messaging, collateral, and tools that resonate with target customers and facilitate sales efforts. Provide stakeholders with market intelligence, competitive insights, and facilitate training to enhance effectiveness in driving revenue growth.
  • Operate within and promote our Culture, recruit, train, and promote based on company Mission, Vision, and Values as well as other attributes to enable the organization to pursue opportunities and goals. Observe organizational activities to discover and celebrate strengths and correct weaknesses in collaboration with others. Assess preparedness for and lead change. Collaborate and team with coworkers, partners, and customers in all areas of responsibilities to develop and implement the best solutions for Stakeholders.

  • Provide strategic direction to the Leadership team on market influence, customer experience and brand growth.

  • Develop and implement creative communication plans and collateral.
  • Grow the customer base, markets served, and achieve revenue stream diversification goals.

  • Develop and refine scalable processes through Continuous Improvement and Automation initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8 or more years of experience in product, marketing, and/or business development.
