We are looking for General Manager in Training professionals who will become dedicated members of our growing team for the long term.

Auto Body experience is NOT a requirement, we will provide the training!
Tenacity, ability to lead, and a strong business sense are a must for the General Manager in Training position. We aren't looking for the faint of heart, or those that just want a paycheck. This is for those with a true desire to ultimately have P&L responsibility, and earn what they are worth.
Compensation starts at $100,000 with an opportunity to grow your income to well over $130,000 within two years. Advancement is based on performance not time worked within the company. (The Manager in Training position has a pay scale that consists of the following elements and ranges. Wages include base hourly compensation of between 33.77 and 41.28 dollars.)
Hours: Monday - Friday 45 hours a week
