G&C Drivers are on the road for 3 to 5 days a week, work hands on and use a variety of automated equipment working with dry, frozen or cooled products.
Trucks are three years or newer. All Drivers have 24/7 Roadside Maintenance, latest model equipment - NOT YOUR AVERAGE FLEET TRUCK:
Above average earnings, 1st year drivers can earn over $88k
Top running Drivers earning $120k
$1,000 Sign on bonus for new drivers, $1,000 addition for each year of experience, up to $7,000!!
Higher pay for years of experience with HUB miles paid
Quarterly Associate Bonus pay
Quarterly Driver safety bonuses, clean inspection bonus and generous Driver Referral bonus
