Installation Specialist

**REQUIREMENTS**

- MUST live in or near Wilmington, NC AND have reliable transportation to the warehouse.

- MUST be able to work at least six days a week (Monday - Saturday).

- MUST have a valid DOT medical card.

- MUST pass our background check and have a clean motor vehicle record.

- MUST have at least four years of experience driving box trucks AND four years of experience installing large appliances (such as washers and dryers, refrigerators, etc.).

- MUST have a strong ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

- MUST have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- MUST be detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Installation Specialist, G&G Transit

**Job Description**

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as contractor Installation Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for picking up appliances from the warehouse in the company box truck each morning alongside your partner and delivering them directly to customers' homes for installation. You will work closely with your team member to install a variety of appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and more.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. **Appliance Pickup and Delivery:** Transport medium to large appliances from the warehouse to customers' homes in a safe and efficient manner using the company box truck.

2. **Installation:** Work collaboratively with your partner to install appliances according to manufacturer guidelines and customer specifications within designated time frames. Communicate effectively to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations.

3. **Quality Assurance:** Ensure that all installations meet our quality standards and adhere to safety regulations. Perform thorough inspections to verify that appliances are functioning properly before leaving the customer's premises. Take pictures and videos before and after each installation to prevent claims.

4. **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns customers may have during the installation process. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times. Consistently communicate with Managers and the dispatch team. Also, provide customers with satisfaction surveys to complete about their service from you.

5. **Adherence to Policies:** Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times, including safety protocols, vehicle maintenance guidelines, and dress code requirements.

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
