Commercial Construction Superintendent

G. & H. Contracting, Inc. is looking for a Commercial Construction Superintendent. G & H is a commercial general contractor, and has been in business since 1989. The company continues to grow year after year, and we are looking for an experienced project superintendent to join our team. Preferred experience of 2-5 years in residential or commercial construction. Experience in reading / following plans, subcontractor scheduling, and on-site project management is beneficial. Project Superintendent will be responsible for daily, on-site management of projects with contracts ranging from under $100,000 to several million. We strive to deliver projects on time, and on budget, so an experienced on-site Superintendent is crucial for our success. Project Superintendent will work with the Project Manager to maintain project schedule and manage on-site employees, as well as sub-contractors, architects, and owner representatives. Responsible for on-site inspections, phasing, and coordination of material purchases / deliveries.
