What are the responsibilities and job description for the AM FLOATER/BUSSER - Quiora Restaurant, Waikiki position at G.Lion Hawaii?
Quiora is currently seeking committed individuals to join our team! We are looking for Floaters to join our family. Floaters will be responsible for creating flow throughout the restaurant by utilizing efficient time management and prioritization skills. They will also be champions of the food and tell the culinary story when delivering dishes.
Their responsibilities will include…
- Setting up and breaking down the dining room before and after service.
- Polishing and restocking silverware and glassware.
- Delivering and Refilling Waters
- Running Food to Tables
- Clearing and setting tables for courses.
- Cleaning and Sanitizing guest and work areas.

Quiora is located at The Ritz Carlton. Quiora offers a standard breakfast, lunch, and pool service for the hotel, but their identity lives through dinner, which is Italian-inspired. It features open-air dining. At Quiora, the core of our menu revolves around the fresh artisan pastas made by hand every day, along with a thoughtful selection of unique entrées, such as seasonal fish and house cut steaks, and Italian classics all perfect for sharing.
