Job Location - 1 East Main Street, Ephrata PA Travel - None

Position Type – Full Time & Part Time Job Shift – Day Shift/Flex Hours (Monday-Friday)

Educational Level – High School / GED

Position Summary

Join a growing and dynamic company as a full-time or part-time policy processor working with other members of the processing team to enter, process, assemble, and mail the insurance policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Supporting the other members of the processing team with daily tasks as assigned

· Assembling new business, renewals, and endorsements

· Preparing the assembled insurance policies for mailing

· Delivering mail to and from the post office

· Opening and scanning mail received in the office

· Processing mortgagee changes

· Processing installment plan billing changes

· Forwarding faxes, emails, and other correspondence

· Entering data to process new and renewal business

· Assisting in assembly of other mailings as needed

Minimum Requirements

· High school diploma/GED

· Very strong attention to detail

· Excellent proofreading and data entry skills

· Ability to work well with others in an office environment

· Strong verbal and written communications skills
