We are currently looking for a HVAC Residential Install Helper to join our growing team! You will assist a lead man in the installation of heating and air conditioning systems in customer homes.  No experience is necessary but being mechanically inclined is very helpful.  Must possess a good work ethic and be willing to learn.

Work Hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays in the Summer

Position Summary: To install Residential heating and air conditioning systems to company standards while providing the customer with a high-quality experience. No Previous Experience Neccesary; however, attitude is important!

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Pass background check & drug screen
  • Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
  • Obtain EPA certification within 12 months of employment
  • Well organized and ability to work independently or as a team
  • Comply with ALL SAFETY RULES
  • Follow both written and verbal instructions
  • Possess both written and verbal English communication skills
  • Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes
  • Ability to follow directions given, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to carry 100lbs overhead with assistance
  • Willingness to invest in tools

  • Mechanically inclined
  • Ability to learn new skills related to installing heating and air conditioning
  • Strong work ethic
  • Reliable attendance
