Job Description
Hybrid position –
Manage the site Human Resources function including responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, training, employment, Equal Opportunity, compensation, benefits management, and payroll functions.
Essential functions:
- Coach, counsel and guide managers on employee relations and communications matters including attendance and discipline issues. Maintain records of all disciplinary actions.
- Assist employees with issues and concerns including counseling employees regarding the Problem-Solving Procedure.
- Maintain all employee and applicant documentation as dictated by governing agencies.
- Maintain and process all Department of Labor Unemployment Notices of Entitlement and potential charges in a timely efficient manner. Attend Unemployment hearings.
- Responsible for full circle recruiting, including completion and submission of employee requisitions for approval, advertisement/recruiting activities, application review, scheduling and conducting of interviews, references, and coordination of offers.
Bachelor degree required, HR or Business
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
