G3 Engineering & Surveying, a dynamic civil engineering and land surveying firm, is seeking to hire a full-time (40 hours/week) Administrative Coordinator to work in our Pawleys Island location within our Survey Department. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of our surveying department, ensuring efficiency and organization in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team committed to excellence and professional growth.
Desired Skills:

- Land Survey Knowledge (Preferred, not required)
- Experience in Monday.com (Preferred, not required)
- The applicant should have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within an office setting with the ability to work under supervision, as well as independently.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, assisting with company phone service.
- Assist with tracking employee expenses/mileage.
- Assist with accounts receivable including collections and weekly billing functions.
- Responsible for the entire new survey project intake process, from inception to completion.
- Organize files (electronic and paper).
- Courier between G3 offices (light travel may be required).
- Greet guests and provide accommodation (water, coffee, etc.).
- Research as required for new survey projects.
- Assist with preparing and scheduling survey field crews.
- Assist with proposals, call backs, tracking wins, and quotes.
- Assist with printing and mailing designs, contracts, plats, etc.
- Coordinating and facilitating meetings.
- Assist with office organization.
- Assist in compilation of reports. (i.e. account summary, project financial analysis).
Minimum Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) is required.
- Be able to work independently; self-motivated and have the ability to work in/with a team.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficient written and oral communication skills; ability to comfortably interact with peers, staff members, clients, and the general public.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation.
