GA Foods is seeking a Reporting Analyst to join the GA Foods Customer Care team. This position is a full-time role dedicated to supporting the multi-channel Care Center operation. As a primary function, candidates will be expected to create, maintain, and analyze Care Center reporting for all operational activities. Additionally, candidates are expected to assist Operations Support Specialists in their day-to-day management of operations. Miscellaneous duties may include but are not limited to, real-time queue management, first-line agent support, and agent training support.

Reporting Analyst Responsibilities:
· Accurate and timely analysis and delivery of all existing Care Center reports to stakeholders across the business
· Communicate results of the analysis to stakeholders via multiple modes of communication including email and in-person presentation
· Recommend and action improvements and enhancements to current reporting, while creating additional reports to provide insight into key data points
· Periodic review of databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity
· Monitor agent activity and status in real-time and assist Care Center leadership in scheduling agent off-line activities
· Assist Care Center support with training and technical assistance as necessary
· Other duties as assigned.
Real-Time Analyst Qualifications:
· Must have an intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Excel including proficiency in writing formulas, leveraging pivot tables, and utilizing the vlookup function
· Experience in creating, maintaining, and analyzing various business reports
· Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
· Basic understanding of the day-to-day Care Center operational activities including reporting, workforce management, training and real-time agent support
· Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
· Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· College degree is preferred
