Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Support Team Member to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks on eHealth platform
- Client facing communication
- Respond to client emails
- Answer inbound phone calls and texts
- Update monthly reports
- Create reports and agendas for C-suite
- Implement protocols efficiently
- Duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to own tasks
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Google Workspace
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields (preferred)
