Retail Backroom Supervisor (Value Assortment Ambassador)

Full Time, Flexible Availability (including early morning, evening, and weekend shifts) needed. Prior experience in a supervisory role and warehouse/processing/receiving experience preferred.

We are looking for someone who can model unbelievable! customer service; while leading crew members to do the same through execution of the markdown policies and strategies, the truck processes, policies and procedures. Your role is to supervise the warehouse team including, helping hire, training, managing performance along with making sure the truck is processed in an efficient manner.

We need someone who is enthusiastic about delivering great styles, famous brands, and amazing prices. You need to be action oriented, seen as a partner to peers, and you act with integrity in your decisions. You drive store results by creating short term action plans that support the long term strategies of the store. Drive company initiatives to maximize productivity, profitability, and compliance with policies and procedures. • Previous retail leadership required
