Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years commercial loan operations experience required; including supervisory or team leader experience.
Job Description:
- Leads and is responsible for the Bank's commercial loan operations which includes commercial loan processing, closing and servicing functions and 6-10 people in the commercial area.
- Oversees commercial loan applications for processing, underwriting and closing.
• Manages and monitors team performance for accuracy and workload capacity to fulfill service level expectations. • Oversees the work-flow system for accuracy and to ensure efficient movement of loan applications through the loan process.
- Oversees the loan servicing functional area including loan product system specifications, boarding of new loans to the core system, loan documentation quality review, participation servicing, reconciliations, management reporting, post close loan review, HMDA reporting, data entry, file maintenance, document imaging and loan recordkeeping to fulfill operations and servicing expectations.
- Directs workload as needed to meet production demands.
- Interacts with auditors, examiners and compliance to assist is Bank reviews and ensure changes or recommendations have been implemented as directed.
- Supervises, coaches, and develops staff for effectiveness and career growth.
- Supports the SVP, Chief Credit Administration Officer with policies, operational procedures and meeting regulatory compliance requirements.
- Provides continuous training and serves on operational Bank committees.
Experience Required:
- Leading a team of 8 to 10 people.

- Prepping for audits & exams, providing responses, and then leading the process improvement actions.
