Managed Care Nurse Supervisor

Remote with 20% field-based travel

Responsibilities:

  • Supervision of field-based RN Case Managers
  • Ensure program quality and adherence
  • Ensure timely delivery of service
  • Ensure contractual adherence and reporting
  • Liaison with operations team and client
  • Supervisory field visits

Requirements:

  • Licensed RN in NJ
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • New Jersey Resident
  • 4 years clinical experience
  • Experience with underserved population
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
  • Minimum 1 year managed care plan experience
  • Ability to learn and utilize technology
