Job Summary

• Provide clinical services via telehealth for approximately 12-15 clinical hours per week. This may include intake interviews and psychotherapy for individuals, couples and/or families that are requesting services.
• Create and maintain a remote professional and confidential work environment.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation for clinical records in accordance with organization policies.
• Assess and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Gather information about community resources that can be used in conjunction with psychotherapy.
• Provide excellent customer service to those seeking clinical services.
• Network with other mental health professionals.
• Keep regular and reliable availability.
• Maintain licensure.

Job Requirements

• Must possess a master’s or doctorate degree in psychology, social work, counseling or other related field from an accredited university.
• Requires current licensure in the state of Indiana as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or HSPP.
• Has knowledge of state and county adult and child protective legal mandates.
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Has comfort working with technology, particularly video interaction.
